This project focused on transforming Sporekart by Shriyap Enterprises into a modern, trustworthy, and growth-driven brand. Our goal was to go beyond just design and build a complete ecosystem that reflects their expertise in mushroom cultivation, spawn production, and training.
We started by understanding their vision and audience, then crafted a clean, premium brand identity that feels natural, clear, and reliable. This was extended into packaging, making every product both visually appealing and informative.
On the digital side, we created a seamless experience where customers can explore products, access training, and confidently begin their journey—all in one place.
The result is a brand that not only sells, but educates, supports, and builds trust at every step.
But with risks
The goal was to transform Sporekart into a modern, user-friendly, and trustworthy digital brand by identifying and bridging key gaps in its current presence. We found that while the business had strong expertise in mushroom cultivation and training, it lacked a clear brand identity, consistent packaging, and a structured digital platform.
There was no unified system to showcase products, educate customers, or convert interest into sales. The customer journey was fragmented, making it difficult for users to understand offerings or take action confidently.
To overcome this, we focused on building a cohesive brand, creating intuitive packaging, and developing a seamless digital experience that not only highlights their expertise but also guides customers from discovery to learning to purchase effortlessly.
